Hello parents/guardians, 

As we welcome your children back to school for a new year, I would also like to welcome you! Fourth grade is going to be a SUPER experience for your child at RA Hall! I am Mrs. Owings-Meharg. (I go by Mrs. Owings) I will be your child’s teacher in reading and writing. I’m looking forward to getting to know your kiddos! 

In the coming days/weeks information will be forwarded to you regarding various expectations and procedures (homework, grading, discipline, etc.) for both the classroom and school wide. Please be sure to read all the information forwarded you way in order to help us stay on the same page and know what’s in store for this year. It is also important that any and all documents requiring student information, contacts, signatures or responses are submitted when required. (Wednesday folders, registration papers, homework checks, etc.)
