I graduated high school in Colorado. I then moved to the great state of Texas and attendend DelMar for my Associates, and Texas A&M Corpus Christi for my Bachelors and Masters. 

I have my Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary studies and my Masters is in Early Childhood Education. I took several classes on Reading, Leadership, and Special Education. 

I have attended math and writing conferences for several summers. I also had training in Language Experience (phonics) and Zoo phonics. 

I am now in my fourth year of teaching with Beeville ISD. I taught 1^st grade for 3 years and am now teaching 2^nd grade. I look forward to seeing my 1^st grade students this year. 

I taught 1 year in Sinton for head start working with PK children. In Mathis I taught for 2 years in a 1^st grade classroom. I have been with Beeville ISD for 5 years working with both 1^st and 2^nd graders at FMC and recently RA HALL.

As a family we love the outdoors. We like to go camping, fishing, hunting and spending time together. When I am not teaching I am spending time with my family.
